London Underground Station Refurbishment

£5 billion program · Transport for London

Safety team member on the 150-station platform improvement program preparing the network for the London 2012 Olympics. Work included track replacement, points and crossing renewal, upgrade of civil assets, depot refurbishment, 130 km of tunnel works, 155 km of embankment works, 225 km of track drainage repair and the overall CCTV and electrical refurbishment.

Chicago Transit Authority — Brown Line Capacity Expansion

$530 million · 11.4 miles · 19 stations

Our senior partner led the safety and construction management oversight for the Brown Line expansion — repairing stations, installing traction power equipment, refurbishing 19 stations for ADA compliance and eight-car accommodation, and building a new fibre-optic communications network across the route.
