Broadway Corporate Limited (BCL) was founded in 2009 as a full-service professional Rail Safety, General Safety, and Facilities / Construction Management company. We provide clients with a complete range of professional services to meet their specific needs.
Our services span engineering, architecture, project and construction management, cost estimating, CPM scheduling, construction inspection, constructability and value analysis, QA/QC and material testing. Our staff can provide Architectural, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering.
BCL's objective is to meet and exceed client expectations — and by doing so, allow our employees to grow and develop in their chosen field. We use the best technology available in the industry to provide innovative solutions.
With full-time representation in Nigeria and more than 15 technical partners ready for project kick-off, BCL plans to involve the communities we work in — creating hundreds of jobs across our upcoming programs.

President & Founder
13+ years in industrial safety and emergency response. Federal University of Technology, Akure and University of Greenwich, London. Certified with OSHA, FEMA, USDOT, Homeland Security and Rail/Bus Accident Investigation. Former safety operator on the London Underground station-upgrade program for the 2012 Olympics; safety specialist at the Chicago Transit Authority.
Partner — Senior Engineer
14+ years in engineering and construction management, with emphasis in cost estimating, CPM scheduling, value engineering and field inspection. Southern Illinois University Carbondale, School of Engineering. Projects range from $1M to $500M, including the Chicago Brown Line Expansion and St. Louis Light-Rail system.
Partner — Emergency Management
Nearly 10 years developing crisis response plans for retail, high-rise, manufacturing, office and educational spaces. MSc Industrial Management, Northern Illinois University. Author of crisis management standards for property portfolios in the UAE and forest-fire response procedures for MD Anderson Smithville Campus.
